Calculation of overtime for monthly salaried employees on different shifts

    Hi,
I have 5 employees who work 5 days per week (Sunday always included) but the 2 days off vary across the different staff.

Each individual week totals 45-48 hours so I owe about 3 hours overtime plus Sunday pay each week.

What I am struggling to work out is how to calculate the overtime as the staff are an monthly salaries and not an hourly rate.

Depending on how the shifts fall I have a situation where each employee doesn't necessarily work exactly 195 hours in a calendar month ie in a month like March there are 5 Fridays but only 4 Mondays - so the guys who usually work on Friday work more total hours this month versus the Monday staff - but next month it balances out of course.

So the question is how do I track overtime on a monthly basis then?
    Thanks
Working...
