Not Paid!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, my wife and I work at the same company, end of last month on the pay date the 28 June 2016 we saw we did not get our full pay, the both of us. So we left it thinking they will still pay the rest. Well it's the 18 July 2016 today and still not.
We spoke to them and they just say they don't know what to say. Our stuff has bounced and the car and house insurance will close our account soon as well.

Please what can I do and can I sue them for more my pay for damages and defamation.

It seems likely the company is in financial difficulty. If so, may I suggest the extra costs incurred by you for payment defaults is small potatoes compared to the bigger issue of what the future holds for your income stream going forward.

May I gently suggest you ask the company to be honest with you, tell you why there is a problem, and whether it is a temporary hiccup or something that is likely to take some time to resolve.
