Company wants to taken further legal action against me

I was dismissed unfairly in March from two companies, the one case is due for arbitration later this month. There was quite a delay as MEIBC were behind with their cases, however, I am pleased that at least one case will have some closure.
I have no doubt that I will win this case, but now I seem to be facing another problem. The directors I have heard are absolutely annoyed that I have taken matters up with MEIBC, I think because of the long delay they assumed I would not take action. They now are going to sue me in my personal capacity for reasons I have no clue about, but assume that they are referring to giving misleading information and placing the company in jeopardy during difficult trading times. This sort of ties up with my dismissal. I want to know what the procedure would be for them to take action, will I be arrested or receive an attorney's letter.
What happened to me through the dismissal was traumatic, but it seems as though there is no end to the harassment.

If you are not liable then there is nothing to worry about, and no you cannot be arrested.

It is your right to seek conciliation and it is you employer's right to sue you defamation. Whether either party is successful depends on the merit of their case. Since you don't know what they're suing for, I would deduce that they have not done so yet, so don't lose sleep over things that may/or may not happen. Keep us poste please.

Thank you, so far I have not received any notification from the company or their attorneys.
I am going to the CCMA tomorrow for a conciliation hearing for unfair dismissal from one of the companies I worked for. On Wednesday 31 August, I will be at the Bargaining Council for the arbitration hearing and I think the company might be waiting for this outcome before taking action.
I believe I did nothing wrong and not worried.
