    Bargaining Council Query

    Our Company has been approached (poached) by Bargaining Council and have been told that because we work with metal, we are FORCED to join Bargaining Council, as its law!
    Can anyone give me some feedback as to what our rights are? Our Employees and our Company cannot afford the financial implication which joining will have?
