[Question] unfair dismissal

am lebogang I was working at edcon , I was suspended after hearing the chairperson of the hearing told me that I will hear from them within 7 working days its being 1 month and the second month is has 7 days and I haven't head from them . I still don't know that am still working or not ? may u please help me with that
