I would like to give notice of termination any day now, but my contract says I need to give a month's notice. Our Annual shutdown is from the 13th of December to Jan 6th meaning the end of the notice period would fall in the middle of shutdown. How should I proceed? If i give notice now must I come back to serve my final week of notice in January 2014?
