    MATERNITY LEAVE

    Hi there

    Can someone please help me.

Can you claim from UIF if you come back early from maternity leave and you earn less than your normal monthly salary?

What would the procedure be in that case?

Do you go back to the UIF and tell them that you came back early to work and this is what you earned?

I'm not sure what you're hoping for, but I would point out that the employer should be paying over UIF now that you're back at work, so the UIF department will become aware that you're back at work.
    Participation is voluntary.
