[Question] Refered to arbitration

Unfair dismissal claim with no warning or hearing. There was no procedure followed and i was retrenched. At consiliation the commisioner wanted to hear all sorts of unrelated issues to the actual problem and when i quoted the act he was rude to me and said he knows the act backwards. I was a bit taken back and now i am concerned that this will happen at abitration. Can anyone advice me how to handle the abitration process. thank you kindly
