    CC's and the new Companies Act

    Do existing CC's need to do anything to make sure that they comply with the new companies act or can they carry on as they have done before.

      My understanding is that you can carry on as before for now.

          For the next ten years. After that there'll be some sort of conversion process.
          I'm guessing they're hoping the numbers involved will thin some by then.
          Participation is voluntary.
