    [Question] EVICTION NOTICE REQUIREMENTS

    When you do not have the full name of the occupant can you just call him/her UNLAWFUL OCCUPANT?

    I have an example where only the 1st and 2nd respondents are fully named as parties, but then the 3rd respondent is all the unknown "unlawful occupants" together.

    So my question is then if we only have ONE UNLAWFUL occupant and we have no details of the person as to full names and ID, can we just put APPLICANT so and so, against "unlawful OCCUPANT"?

    Perhaps "and all other unlawful residents at (the property), the particulars of which are currently unknown to the applicant" ?

      All those persons who are unlawfully occupying (the property description)
      Or just the unlawful occupiers of property xyz

        Who is doing your eviction? You need a lawyer and if this lawyer is worth his/her salt s/he should know what to call them. Having said that no harm to educate yourself as I had 3 evictions and in all three cases I had to correct the affidavits drawn up by the lawyer.
