Estate agents did me wrong

Hi people , I have a question here , an estate agent did me wrong , what are my rights and what recourse do I have? Here is a link to a short description of what happened (on hellopeter)

They remain unapologetic . Also on the evening of the 31st when I had absolutely no option , they refunded my deposit and consider the contract null and void

Just to point out you can't evict people at the moment, so there was no way they could shift that tenant who elected to stay an extra month.

Dave , I get that and understand that . If it was a household in distress I would understand. This was a businessman that was using it and just had no interest or motivation to keep to his agreement. (talking about the tenant here)
