Utilities company overcharged water and does not want to refund

Please assist - the utilities company our complex uses has a rule that if you use less than 6KL of water you will not be charged for usage. We have been under that amount but they have been charging us random amounts which they themselves cannot explain. We have requested a refund for all the amounts they have taken from us but they say "maybe there is a leak" which is impossible because if there was a leak the usage would be as high as the daily charges.

We have cancelled our lease and will be moving out month end however we want this company to pay the monies owed to us, is there anything we can do? please help

Dependant on how much money is involved - If you have all the documentation to support your claim, go to the small claims court perhaps?
