I would Like to know our rights if we book the venue and they say we can get the key and set up the venue the day before the event and when we get there they say we can't get the venue any more because the school is having a rugby lunch. (We booked the school hall). So we booked all these things and we have no venue anymore so what are our rights regarding this matter because they told us the day before the event when we got to the venue to set up.
