[Question] Cancelling an accepted (signed) quote?

Good day all,

I would like to know if i am able to cancel a quote, which i accepted by signing?

After i sent the accepted quote back i received a Vat invoice which asks for a deposit which i havn't payed yet.

Reason i'm asking is because i received a substantially better quote the same day.

If so, how would i go about to inform them?
