Hi all.I respond to a summons by filing a notice to defend.the next step will be to file a plea within 20 days.cn anybody advise more or less how much an attorney will charge,or can you please advise as to how to do this.The case is about a arrears amount on my car payment.I made extra payment on my installment but standard bank still proceed with legal action.was unemployed but found a job again,and I kept them informed all the time.I please need advise
