    Municipality charges

I have not gone though all the threads on the CPA so do not know if this issue has been covered before.

Quick question: - Does the CPA cover the area of municipality fees?
I am being charged R150 a month for refuse removal on a stand that I own in Utrecht. I am also being charged for electricity costs.

Now when I was last up there I was sure my stand had no street lights in sight or electricity feed and the horse and cart refuse removal system didnt pay much attention to anything near my stand either.

    Any thoughts out there?

My main one is obviously to sell it....but then who would want it under these conditions?
The cost of living hasn't affected its popularity.

Municipalities are not exempt from being classified as a supplier in terms of the CPA. However, trying to get redress through the tribunal might be even trickier than trying to deal directly with the municipality
    Participation is voluntary.
