Flickering LED lamps when load shedding is on. Inverter is in use

Ok i dont know how to put this and the answers might have been posted some place else but i need a bit of info.
A customer had a Sunsynk solar inverter system installed, looks like they did an excellent job.
We as the "normal" electricians were asked to replace all the 220v halogen lamps with LED.
We replaced all with the synergy 6.5w dimmiable and fitted shuttle dimmers where necessary.
We turned on the lights and all worked well. Few days later customer phoned and said when load shedding on the lights flicker.
Going back tomorrow to just see what is going on. Looked on google, looks like many issues like this.
I assume the Inverter company will also have had issues like this and know what to do to solve it.

Done over the past few months 4 LED replacement jobs like this all perfect, some even on the same system and others on the Victron
and Mecer. Customer have also called in the installers to see if they have a remedy.
Any advice will be great, as this is also a learning curve.
    Kind regards

Neutral earth bond missing when in Island mode

If they missed neutral earth bond I do not see how they could have done an excellent job.
They missed doing basic testing to ensure the installation is safe - What else have they missed

They should not be doing solar installs unless they are at Least registered Electrical contractors which they obviously are not.
