              I HAVE A TOP TRONIC T16LA LOOP TESTER
              IT HAS 3 OPTIONS P/E1 P/E2 AND P/N
              I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO GET INFO ON IT THOUGH

                  Both black and green leads to neutral.
                  The above is for neutral impedance.
