Where could I get COC certificates. As far as I know I need to join an organization that could issue me a book .
Who would you recommend if so

Non Members can buy from ECA offices as long as you have your DOL contractors certificate ,ID and the most important a bank card

I'm waiting for my DOL certificate (I don't know if they will let me know when it is ready for collection or I should phone them)

Just got this message from them (Good service)

Eca member books are R80 with 20 pages.
And Non Member coc books are R100 with 20 pages.

You need your wiremans licence and Labour Registration.
Card payments only, I don’t take cash
courier , charges are R200.

Not all areas allow this to happen ... I had to deal directly with the DOL ... we just leave it there (I dont have anything nice to say)
