Pivot table connections in Excel

A client sends me his Excel income / expenditure file every month. He adds 3 sheets for every new month, one of which contains a pivot table. So the file accumulates every month. I get the same information in the new file that I had the previous month, and added to that the most recent month.

When I open the file I get warnings.
SECURITY WARNING External Data Connections have been disabled - I select Enable Content

Here is what frustrates me.

There is obviously a connection to something on my client's pc. I click OK and save it on my computer, but get the same error message every time I open the file again.

The Excel file has many, many sheets by now, so disconnecting each pivot table individually is not an option. How can I disconnect all connections in all pivot tables in all sheets in this Excel file in one go?

Rather do not select "Enable Content" when you open the file, as presumably your client refreshed all the connections before saving the file and sending it to you.

And oso pivot tables can work differently in different version of the excel. Better to follow the advice of Neville Bailey, and have the client update it before sending.
