Point of use hot water heater

My cottage shower needs to run about 6 liters or water before its warm enough to be comfy. In the uk it's common for showers/ kitchen sinks to have a small tank which will provide instant hot water. Does anyone know of similar products (electric) available in South Africa? A link will be much appreciated.

Kwikot are the make that are readily available everywhere. There's also Stiebel Eltron available which are German and high quality but also more expensive as well as several other brands.
