The "even if blacklisted" does tend to send warning bells, although there is no evidence on the website that I could find that suggests how he intends to circumvent this problem for a would-be purchaser.

Jacob, you have found this domain with extraordinary speed - I see you have posed the question a little over 24 hours after the domain was registered. How did you become aware of it?

I think the owner knows me because he advised me and some colleagues of mine, who are in property investments, immediately after he registered same.
