Are those numbers yours? ... oops ... better change them quick!

Anyhow, appart from my general rule of thumb: "If it sounds too good to be true, it is not true"

The one that clinched it for me is the email address: You'd expect a "director" of the HSBC bank to have an email address which is part of the hsbc.co.uk domain name. Why should they give their director an email based in th (Thailand)? Especially seeing as .in.th is supposed to only be available to residents & companies registered in Thialand: http://web-solutions.eu/in-th-domain...FafnwgodY24A-g

As tip, check the email domain against these: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of...-level_domains
If something looks even remotely fishy compared to those - you can be reasonably sure that you should avoid touching it with a barge pole. Though even if it "looks" above board, still be careful and ask/google about it as much as possible BEFORE replying to that email.

None of the numbers are mine and I feel that why the hell would any government department be the least interested in little old me and a potential windfall of a measly $1.5 million when there is R30Billion of national treasury cash up for grabs?
