This company has been running a scam for over 18 months with operations out of UK, Spain and SA.
They ran an office at Cape Town (Head Office)
V&A Waterfront, Ground Floor Block B, 7 West Quay, Cape Town 7490, South Africa

With offices in Hong Kong and London all fronts that never existed.

The investments were proposed BIO Fuels agriculture projects in Mozambique and Gambia.

DO NOT INVEST ANY MONEY WITH THIS GROUP YOU WILL LOSE THE LOT......

The amount of embezzlement goes into the millions of USD.

I would be interested in hearing from people who worked for them.

The directors were Jospeph Edward Upchurch and Renee Upchurch (formerly Muir), Paul Shane Humphreys, Gregory Paul Longdon, James David Rowlatt.

This is a complete scam.

I have personally visited the pro ported offices in Hong Kong, no such office exists and they have never been registered as occupying 99 The Centre, Queens Rd Hong Kong. The phone number is a virtual office, not located on the premises.
The company managing the plantations, Platinum Management has been liquidated and the directors of that company are not contactable.

There has been no correspondence with the company, all phone numbers are permanent voicemail or have been disconnected. The Cape Town office has been shut down. There has been no physical plantation or land lease in Mozambique. It never existed as a Moringa plantation. The Gambian project is also fictitious.

The directors were previously implicated in a fraud/scandal with Aston Lloyd.

The bank account used in Hong Kong with HSBC is under police investigation.

The company has been reported to Action Fraud UK and the National Fraud Office UK.

Google produces some results if you search for Insight Group PLC.

A Scam Informer listing proved to be a lengthy read. Informative although not conclusive - there are all the usual problems one gets when the precise identity of posters cannot be confirmed. Just what and who do you believe?

At the very least, I'd recommend extreme caution
- a warning I'd make for anyone contemplating any unlisted share investment.
