Writing a great online newsletter

This is definitely one of the better tips I've ever read about online newsletters.

Good article. I'd say it doesn't just apply to emails, but articles and other web content as well. If people only scan emails, they probably do it with long articles, blog posts, sales letters, even long forum posts. The point is to drive the same message, to still provide good info, but do it in an effective way.
