    CRM

    Hi

Could I please get some recommendations for a CRM program. Currently use Maximizer but am looking for some alternatives.

    Thanks
    Gillian

What are you looking for that Maximizer isn't giving you?

      Hi

The last version of Maximiser was pretty good so looking for something similar/simpler.

My version of Maximiser has been discontinued so I have the option of upgrading to an icloud version which will increase the cost by a factor of 5 every month and not sure what, if any additional benefits it will offer or go on a web-based version. We tried this option on the last upgrade and they could not get it work - which makes me nervous about trying to go this route again. I also prefer to not be on an internet dependent database if possible. Maximiser used to be really good but get the feeling they (or their local partners) are not interested in small business.

We use Suite CRM. Looking at your list of wants, I suspect the only box it ticks is cost containment.

ERPNEXT has a CRM component as well.

We used SuiteCRM, but it's not scalable when you get to about a million records or more than 100k customers/leads/prospects the thing struggles. In fact try import or export thousands of records either via the front loader or the Rest API and you'll quickly see the limitations, just overall a very k@k architecture good example of how not to use PHP.

If you looking for something small then I'd recommend HubSpot CRM it's free too.
