Freelance internet marketers?

Hi all,

I have recently created a new web directory service and would very much like someone with the proper expertise to help with the seo and online marketing of the site. I know that there is a company called Elance where one can hook up with a freelancer etc,... I would prefer to provide a freelance opportunity for someone in SA rather than overseas..... local is mos lekker and us small biz owners need to support each other. Can anyone recommend a site or person that I can approach for this?
