[Question] Purchasing / Supply Chain Manager help needed.

I am Frederik Dreyer, and a student at the University Of Pretoria studying B Com Supply Chain Management and are currently busy with my second year of studies.

I have received a university assignment to complete wich requires me to ask a few questions regarding a South African firm's Purchasing and Supply processes and activities.

What are the questions?

All the questions will involve supply chain and procurement activities. I will ask a few questions regarding most of the activities, the questions will be :

Please describe the (procurement / supplier selection / transport management / customer relationship management / warehousing / reverse logistics / quality control / outscourcing and inventory management) process of your business.

Also: what problems/limitations do you experience within these processes?

It may include some other questions. (like: the code of ethics of your company, and the ethical problems you have experienced in the past?)
