[Question] Wheelchair access compulsory?

Hi there,

I am considering a premises for a restaurant on a first floor that only has access by a staircase. Does anybody know if there is a law with regards to wheelchair access for restaurants or more specifically with regards to liquor licence? Thanks in advance..
