[Question] Need Help could some one point me to door no. 3 please

Hi all im new here and and not to clued up about this forum thing, but here goes.

Im a Graphic Designer by trade and i am looking to broaden my horizons into clothing, i have always wanted to do this and now is my chance to get in the game. The reason i am asking for someone to help me and to point me into the right direction is simple.

I cant find CMT factories
I know of screen printers which is a bonus.
I know i cant just walk into Edgars, Jet, Woolworths and all the other big china's (any names i can approach to show my designs).
I am starting out small.
Will hopefully be up within 2-5 months (hopefully). getting registered
Starting with shirts first and then moving onto shorts and other wear.
