[Question] Financial Credit Provider

Hi,

We are looking at starting a financial credit provider business. This is all very new to us as we do not have business backgrounds. Would it be better to use a CC or a company if the main product is financial services? Are there any restrictions or recommendations in the NCA regarding the business type?

At what stage in setting up the business would we need to apply to the NCR to become registered as a financial credit provider?

Any assistance would be appreciated.
