Starting my own personal training business

    Hi everyone,

I wanted know if anyone could give me some advice on some queries I have regarding my business I will be starting.

I am in the process of starting my own personal training business. Mainly in home training and I wanted to know what type of coverage should I have for this? In terms of insurance, medical aid and so forth.

I just want to know that I am covered in case a client tries to sue or take legal action if they encounter a break or some large injury. I will have the sign a waiver before hand and conduct a full health questionaire as well.

If those two forms are fine then thats perfect, I just would really like to know if there is anything more I can do to protect myself.

    Thank you

We recently did the corporate image & website design for a lady who also runs her own personal training business.

If you don't get any advice here, you could probably pick her brains for some information (as long as you're not in direct competition with her).

You can contact Janine from her website: http://www.fitnessbeat.co.za

Hope you find out what you're looking for.
