Retailers and their poor service

I live in Cape Town, moved to Bloubergstrand. I do shopping weekly at Checkers Big Basy, Pick a Pay Table View and am shocked at how slow they are at the till points.
Really I feel like grabbing the products scanning and packing it myself. These people have no urgency and they ignore the customer while they chat to each other! I went to Canal Walk Game to buy a cell phone as a xmas gift, I had to beg for service!
Retailers , Wake Up , Shape Up and train your people it is shocking how you treat your customers.... this is a lack of training and no management around to see what is happening in the pulse of the business, and so I can mention many mores stories!

LOL.. or maybe not but Sharron is Cape town not known for being much "slower" (and NO disrespect to anyone in CT, just the way it is...) a much more relaxed atmosphere. Cannot be compared to Joburg for sure and i dont think i would be to jealous of the even slower vibe
