Hi Guys, Im wondering if you can help me with a law questions or its more a matter of procedure.
If you have 3 cases against the same person with regards to an execution of warrant of execution against property. Is there any procedure that one can use to combine the 3 cases into one matter. So basically the guy has 3 properties and they are all to be sold in execution, now how can one join them together when they go to court instead of having them go individually befoer the court.
