    Portfolio Business?

I saw this article on 'Carte Blanche' last night where they discussed the trend or 'Portfolio businesses' where an individual has no fixed source of income but many streams.

Most of the individuals interviewed were in the entertainment market but I see this as something I have been doing for years.

I have a main business to which I add and subtract many products and services as I see fit, or as opportunity presents itself.

Am I the only one? or are there many of us?

If you run around like a stabbed rat trying to gather breadcrumbs then yes you are living the life. But are you successful at it? Honestly I am sucking at this lifestyle at the moment. I would rather just have a job have an income and live my life. Right now I have to run after every opportunity but lately I have been hitting the wall with all the BEE stuff. Its simple no more contracts no more money...

Sorry, I know it's a serious comment, but it's also damn funny.

        Why, the government, of course.
