What is SMPI, well it stands for South African Service Management Proficiency Index.

The South African Service Management Proficiency Index (SMPI) reveals some interesting trends on the current gaps organisations are experiencing in Service Management and provides an in-depth guide on how to address these shortfalls.

Our guest speaker will present the following salient points:

why dont they setup an internet link for all the people who cant make it to sandton...everyone who wants in could meet at daves board room and i sure dave wouldnt mind setting up his big screen...we could all get togehter put faces to names...we could all put a small fee together to cover tea and cake....or beers and snacks for the drinkers?

i would be keen...but dont forget my peanuts
