Taylor seem to be pretty much the industry standard in most places.

Most of the Taylor models available in SA are listed on this site along with a price list. Please be securely seated when viewing prices, they range between about thirty grand and a quarter of a mil. On the other hand they're notoriously good money earners in a good location on a sunny day.

Carpigiani soft serve machines are also quite commonly seen, I'm not sure who the agents are but you can try Google for info.

Anyone has experience with BEIQI soft serve machines?

Made in china, with local distributor, on paper looks good with reasonable prices!
