With R-134a you should not be experiencing high-pressure trips at water temp ~ 50'C.

For good measure, please measure the compressor discharge temperature 150mm from the compressor discharge port & report back. Do this when the water temp is ~ 50'C.

Is the Electrolux compressor a fridge unit?

Ok, found it. It's a Cubigel. You should, at first glance, be able to push the water temp a fair bit higher on this compressor, if you are careful.
