Free survey tool

I came across Kwik Surveys which is a totally free survey tool. I happened to do a survey which used it. I am sure there are quite a few people who might find it useful. Enjoy!

Duncan, how did the user interface stack up against survermonkey?

I did not set up any surveys, but from the perspective of someone filling in the survey there were no significant differences that I can think of.

Check boxes, blocks for text...the usual kind of survey stuff.
