We were discussion entrepreneurs and marketing a lot lately, this may help to get different perspectives...... actually 6 different ones .

I like some of the other articles at Mindtools too.

One comment on the 6 Hats - I tend to let the creative green hat flow up front and then bring in the analytical and critical thinking. Then do that loop all over again until the options and the relationships between factors are properly understood.

The point about optimists ignoring pessimists is also worth filing away.
