Just a question - normally the CCs are "dormant" if they don't trade?

Dormant if you don't submit returns at all, still active if you submit returns as nil at least as a minimum.

Yes correct Singhms...should you not submit returns, you pay a penalty after 3 months, if not then it gets on "Deregistration" mode, I have been paying mine and it's up to date hence "In Business"

CIPRO used to charge around R250 to register a CC. But the private guys used to charge anything from R350 to R500 for a CC.

I don't know how much you paid, but Message me your email, bank details and how much you would like and I'll send you proof of payment and you can send me the signed amendment statement (CK2 I think) from http://www.cipro.co.za/
