[Question] 2 questions vat and legal pages

HI all,

So my first Question is I want to sell a eBook online I am not vat registered but I believe they want vat on digital good now .

So do I sell it with 15 percentage vat include in the price and do I say on my invoice not vat registered.

Second Question what is the legal pages now needed in South Africa at this stage any guide is appreciated
