[Question] SARS Remission for Admin Penalties

Hi to All,

I please need urgent assistance to submit remissions for admin penalties.

When you request for Remission Efiling creates a document (in PDF format) that you complete and then "save" or "file" but as soon as I hit one of those buttons the following error message pops up:

For Security reasons your return could not be saved. Please ensure that the 'Display PDF Browser' option is selected under the Edit - Preferences - Internet settings in Adobe Reader.

First line to try when Efiling plays up is to try a different browser...

I managed to complete and submit remissions by logging in to SARS Efiling with Internet Explorer.
