BIzportal - company registrtion

Hi

I would like to know whether it is possible to register a company for someone else using my login details on the Bizportal. Or do I need to register their details before registering the company for them.

Kavesh only the director / incorporator can do so. In other words the ID number of the customer must be the id number of the director.

Just use CIPC.

Thanks for the response. I just thought it would be so much easier and faster on the Bizportal. CIPC has a much longer timeframe to register companies. Doing this pro bono for a friend.

CIPC, since they have been back, take two days. If there is a name reservation involved then that gets approved even before the company is registered. The Bizportal registration still gets done by CIPC but there are some restrictions, however the time frame is the same.
