I would like to convert my existing Pty to an NPO , is this possible ,if yes where do I start ?

Hi, I think you mean to a non-profit company? No, you can't.

An NPO, non-profit organisation, is just about any form form of enterprise that has a constitution type founding statement that specifies a non-profit based pursuit.
