I buy prepaid electricity (Johannesburg Municipality) for my business through Standard Bank and I have just noticed weird fluctuations in tariffs. For example, in February, I consistently got 103.68Kwh for R350.00. On 2 March i got 119.60Kwh for R350. On 4 March it was 127.71Kwh for R350. On MOnday I got 110.95Kwh and today107.86Kwh, both times for R350.00. Forgive my ignorance but is this normal??
