how do i start and register a business at Cipc?

i cant get a hold of there Tell No. the no given not working.

anyone how can help

i downloaded there app but they ask for a id nr. is that safe to do so.

you can also give any pointers on how to go about designs patents registrations.

finding the right place to manufacture or sell to.

Yes it is safe to do so, I have the app, unfortunately not so user friendly. Register with them online, once you are done, you can register your business. I'm not sure about patterns etc.
