They been around for decades.
Delivery is better than stated, if the item is in stock.
Can't say for out of stock items, as this ultimately falls on the OEM delivery schedules.
If they selling that item for that price, it may be a stock adjustment to get in later model product.
If you look at their stock inventory, you will fall over at the number of line items, and this translates to invested capital in physical stock.
At some point you need to turn the stock into liquid cash to purchase other new stock items that may be selling, and hence the reduced price.
All retailers do this.

I buy from them regularly, never had any problems. Generally they're not cheap but their range of stock and rapid delivery makes them useful for some things and once in a while they have a good special on something.
