    [Question] Meeting Minutes template for appointment of new Director

    Good Morning

    I own a small design business registered as a pty ltd, and have added my brother on as a director. My accountant needs me to supply business minutes. Please can someone kindly share with me an example of what is needed in these minutes.

    Hi, dont have one with me now.

    Basically you need to type out a document with the following details.

    Date, Time, Place
    Who was present and purpose of meeting
    What was discussed in point form and who mentioned \ agreed to that point e.g. Person A & B agreed to share the profits 50 50
    They then need to be distributed to all parties - in your case I would recommend each person signs the document.

    send this to the accountant.
