I just can't seem to find any industrial workspace of less the 50m2 and for less than R 2500 per month. Property Agents are remarkably resistant to shared leases and it seems impossible to get in touch with a landlord/owner to somehow negotiate a reduced price.
Might there be some trick of negotiation to which a property agent or owner might be more responsive to?
It is a bit disheartening that I am required to spend more on rent for a work space than I do on my accommodation/home. It wouldn't be such a problem if I could literally move into my work space and lived in it as I use it. But is that even legal?
Or... Is this simply a case of getting financing/loan to afford the 8 - 15k per month leases?
